Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of information technology, the frame of the enterprises has been changing all over the world. The key to success of the enterprise in the future is depend on corporate human resources. The competition of talents has become one of the core contents for market competition. In this context, the human resources management become the focus in the field of enterprise management, and people pay more and more attention to the enterprise human resources management. With the enterprise scale being more and more huge and the organization structure being more and more complex, how to manage enterprise human resources effectively to provide enterprises with powerful strength become a reserve urgent need to address the problem. In this case, a standardized, automation of the enterprise human resources management system is very important.Along with the computer and network technology development, computer has been getting more and more popular in solving practical problems. With the enterprise management being into the efficient information times, the human resources management system also arises at the historic moment. The human resource management system is a management mode which is based on high speed, the large capacity of the hardware and the software of the advanced IT, that is, the human resources management information and automation. By using the powerful computing and storage capacity of computer, human resources management system, having completed the function of human resources information management, payroll calculations, attendance management, collect the statistics of a variety of information on human resources for enterprises to provide data to support the further development .Using the modern human resource management theropy and analysising the actual situation, comparing the current situation of human resource management system, a huaman resource management system basied on the C/S model has been designed. The main contents of the huaman resource management system includes personnel management, attendance management, salary management and system configuation. The development of the system which is based on practicality and scalability aims at making the management business logic more efficient and intelligent to help people manage the human resource and analysis the statistics.
