Call Center Design And Implementation Of The Admissibility Of The Information And Data Processing Systems Failure,

Currently, the computer information and network technology has been used widely in the industry of CATV. The ability of real-time monitoring, controlling and management facing all the department of CATV has also been enhanced. And at the same time, a great many data has accumulated. The management personnel and engineering personnel eager to ensure the CATV network system can run safely and efficiently, by analyzing these mass data accurately and timely. At present, the information analysis ways adopted by CATV can hardly analysis such amount of knowledge comprehensively and accurately. The emerging of Data Warehouse technology can just overcome the weakness of the ways in the past, and bear the processing task aiming at large-scale data.Based on the above background, constructing fault information warehouse for the telephone call center system in CATV was put forward in this thesis. The characteristics of the call center system in CATV and the technology of Data Warehouse and ETL were expounded respectively. After analysis the requirement about the system of fault accepted in call center and the characteristics of the fault information, a fault-data processing system was contributed, including the design of ETL and the design of Data Warehouse. The source data was extracted by using the software of text extraction module based on Power Builder, and the Data Warehouse and ETL were contributed by using Oracle Warehouse Builder.Data warehouse technology is introduced into the fault information system for the telephone call center system of CATV in this thesis. The whole data is fully integrated by using the ETL technology and the warehouse technology, the data is reasonably placed according to the analysis topics, and the adequate finishing work about these data information is done well for the next analysis and forecast.
