Office automation (OA) is to achieve no regional and no time limit for office, and improve the work quality and efficiency by using computer technology and network technology. In today’s rapid developmental information age, more and more business is related to states department; it requires more and more in work efficiency, work quality and business proficiency. How to adapt to the social development and provide better service to the society in the ever-changing tide has became a sensitive topic in national departments.States department is the earliest department in application of office automation systems, but also the fastest growing sectors and the most demanding sectors of the system technology. Thus, with social progress, customer demand is not the same; office automation in the past can not meet the present needs. It is essential to establish a more comprehensive, more secure and professional office automation management system to meet the changing business needs and better serve the society. To a city Bureau of Statistics, for example, in the past few years, the bureau has improved the work efficiency by applying a computer office. But in the recent years, with the increment of business volume, the office system is obviously hysteretic. Therefore, it is helpful to develop an interoperable WAN within and outside the office automation system to demonstrate its strong advantage to solve the existing problems.The office automation system is based on its own internal management and business needs, to develop a more professional office system; the whole system is more secure and reliable by using structure and prototype combining development method. This paper mainly completes the system functions:personnel management, vehicle management, voting system, online meetings, system permissions settings.We use the Visual Studio2005, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and other software to develop the whole system page. ASP.net and SQL Server2005is used to develop a more comprehensive database. The system is highly secured, robust and valuable.
