Automotive Fault Diagnosis System Based On Fuzzy Logic Inference Research And Design

This article expounds the basic principle of automobile's expert system's triturating, specific ideas, inference rules, which based on the fuzzy logic diagnose methods. This article combines the predominance of the database management system (DBMS) and implements the format of fuzzy diagnose matrix based on data structure of the database. Knowledge base of the system can be totally edited by DBMS. So this system's expandability and maintainability is superior. This system also implements the knowledge self-act obtain and guarantees the knowledge's uniformity and complement. This system based on the Windows XP and used the Visual Foxpro language. This system used artificial intelligence diagnoses method and objection-oriented programming approach to development the friendly interface and inference rule. In the end, taking the Jieda brand as an example to certificate the great outlook of this method and also declare this system's versatility, important economic value and extensive use outlook.This paper studies the content and works are summarized as follows:1. Analysis of the basic characteristics of expert systems and infrastructure, combined with this paper, the characteristics of expert systems, expert systems to determine the function modules. Expert system described in the uncertainty and uncertainty approach, I propose the fuzzy logic-based expert systems uncertainty handling models.2. Describes the expert knowledge and their attributes and knowledge-based diagnostic methods, classification and presentation. The research for this particular system failure mode, determine the cause of the malfunction of the system, the classification of fault symptoms, combined with the depth of knowledge make a comprehensive diagnosis of algorithm-based system, diagnostic methods, the method taking into account the statistics and data analysis of the mechanism , making diagnosis closer to reality.3. The design of the fuzzy expert system for diagnosis of the construction process matrix, and specific diagnostic algorithms and compare the theoretical derivation, based on the selected model of the diagnostic expert system, summed up the system's diagnostic process. Weighted method to determine the integrated fault diagnosis of this paper, the membership, and specific steps to do a detailed derivation of the membership function of the system obtained in the various parameters.4. To VISUAL FOXPRO as programming language developed a friendly interactive interface, forward and reverse hybrid reasoning and interpreting the function of vehicle fault diagnosis expert system, and software testing.5. This comprehensive, systematic collection and collation of the Jetta model of fault diagnosis knowledge for the automotive fault diagnostic expert system to establish and verify a lot of substantive work.
