Lead And Zinc Production And Refining Process Fault Diagnosis Fuzzy Expert System

Pure Zn refined from spelter in Pb and Zn production is a very complex technical process, which needs series work. There is every probability of appearing fault because of the large quantity of facility in production, so that it causes serious effect to the production and security. In order to reduce the rate of accident and improve the quality and quantity of pure Zn product, this paper construct a fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis to realize fault detection and diagnosis of refining process, which based on the research object of Pb and Zn refining process in Shaoguan Smelting.This paper analyzes the principle and technical flow, and applies the theory of fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis to the practice of refining process. A fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis is constructed to realize fault diagnosis of Pb and Zn refining process. The data of whole system is processed by wavelets and keepcd into data base. Then this system adopts frontal reasoning based on fault tree and fuzzy technology to realize fuzzy reasoning to diagnose whether the system has or will produce fault. If fault has occurred, the results of system show the particular information of fault and give an alarm. According to a great deal of knowledge and experience in actual production, and through the analysis and concluding of theory, the model of fuzzy knowledge and rule base of expert system is constructed by applying fuzzy technology and heuristic rule, as well as knowledge learning mechanism. Fault information, real-time data and reasoning process can be queried by man-machine interface, and the fuzzy knowledge rule base can be maintained by increasing , decreasing and so on. According to the design of system, a relevant computer software is programmed in order to realize all kinds of function of this system.The software of this system has comfortable interface, a lot of function, and it is used conveniently. The research of fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis in Pb and Zn refining process can not only develop the applying field of fault diagnosis, but also improve the economic benefit and social domino effect.
