Artificial Intelligence is a forehand subject at current development of technology. Artificial Intelligence also is a new subject that make ceaseless new thought ,new conception, new theory and new technique and developing quickly .Modern industry production and our life hardly part with various motor. They have been most important power and motivity of our production and life .If there is a fault motor at product line, then make whole product line stop, so putting Artificial Intelligence to use on Motor Fault Diagnosis become a trend.This article based on demand of production specially of that operator of production can master a little knowledge just to use it ,research theory of Artificial Intelligence , motor fault mechanism and fault forms Jooking for junction between Artificial and Motor Fault Diagnosis .Further research Expert System of Motor Fault Diagnosis based on Framewprk Theory, seeking after Motor Fuzzy Diagnosis and so on. I try new way of Artificial Intelligence Fault Diagnosis ,main works follow:1. Research motor fault mechanism, going to factory collect information of motors and motor faults, gather signals of fault motor. From Framework this article aspect take understanding , analyzing and describing motor fault form ,moreover using framework form to figure various fault information ,build clear structure of repository.2. Using Framework Inference and Researching Strategy of Prior Part ,1 build Inference Engine of Expert System of Motor Fault Diagnosis .Utilizing feature analogy learning method ,complete mechanism of instance learning of Expert System .While the system records process of Diagnosis and route of researching , realize explaining control strategy by report.3. Squirrel cage motor often appears broken bars.
