Monopulse radars,as a kind of high precision tracking radars,have been widely used in target identification,map drawing,navigation,spaceflight measurement and control,etc.As the main part of monopulse radars,the health condition of the radar transmitter will directly restrict the performance of monopulse radars.With the development of microelectronic technology,the performance and integration of the radar transmitter also increase,which meanwhile increases the fault rate.Therefore,in order to adapt to high-density space mission requirements of tracking measurement,quickly locating and diagnosing faults become important.In order to save the time of radar transmitter troubleshooting and improve its reliability,this paper focuses on the transmitter automatic fault diagnosis technology and implements an auxiliary transmitter fault diagnosis system based on knowledge base.Firstly,this paper uses the combining quantitative qualitative analysis method to construct the metric system,combining internal control metrics and knowledge base.Then,the binary tree and fuzzy mathematics theory are introduced to establish the analysis method of binary fault tree model,which reduces the redundancy and difficulty of diagnosis knowledge acquisition and knowledge base and increases the automation of knowledge processing.Additionally,this paper designs the fault diagnosis reasoning model based on the fuzzy diagnosis algorithm and converts the semantic fuzzy fault description to the quantitative analysis.Based on above key technology,this paper designs an auxiliary transmitter fault diagnosis system based on knowledge base,which is highly modularied and hierarchical.This system includes a fault knowledge base system based on relational database and a fuzzy inference system.The fault knowledge base system analyzes and stores the knowledge based on production rules.The fuzzy inference system realizes the fault fuzzy computing and serial inference,and the diagnostic process and accuracy of fault diagnosis are also optimized.This system combines with radar transmitter equipment practical application and captures the faults of the radar transmitter more accurately,which effectively shortens the troubleshooting time and is advantageous to the position and historical data exchange.
