In the process of global education informatization,resource management technology has been widely used in the field of education.The public are increasingly concerned about this system is because the Modern advertising brand resource management system has excellent characteristics such as abundant information resources and friendly interactive performance based on the network and it gradually developed into a mature new form of education as well.Multimedia file transfer has become an important technical problem in the modern advertising brand resource management system.Resource management has the advantages of small volume,streaming,less resource consumption,short waiting time,media types,diversity gets the advantage of low cost,compression ratio,and provides an effective solution to the modern advertising is brand resource management system.Based on consulting a large number of relevant documents and research results,the current main technology of resource management as the research object,focusing on the characteristics of modern advertising brand resource management and resource management techniques,and the design and development of resource management technology of modern advertising brand resource management system based on the specific details of the process.In this paper,the scheduling algorithm is studied,and the optimization and improvement are carried out on the basis of the periodic patch algorithm.In this paper,we use MVC design concept,using Hibernate,Spring and Struts framework and related database technology,design and realize the modern advertising brand resource management system.The system consists of four major functional modules,system management,course management,online advertising and brand resources to download online Q & A.The system management module mainly includes user management and system settings,to ensure the security of user information and system stability;curriculum resources management module mainly for teachers and provide a relatively flexible the virtual classroom,teachers can achieve educational output by uploading brand advertising resources,customers can also achieve a variety of brand advertising resources of learning by downloading electronic courseware;a part of the online advertising brand resources download function module as a brand advertising resource management indispensable,reflects the quality of customer daily study,in a certain extent,It could reflects the advertising brand quality of the advertising brand resource management;online answering function module reflects the interaction between teachers and customers of the advertising brand,and further enrich the content of the advertising brand resource management system.Simultaneously this paper analyzes a variety of video resource management scheduling algorithm based on periodic patching algorithm,the algorithm is analyzed and pointed out the optimization algorithm based on the corresponding experiments prove that the algorithm is feasible.Finally,the test and performance test,based on the system functional testing,test results show that the design and implementation of this system has basically reached the expected goal,to meet the advertising brand advertising brand resource management needs.
