There are many drawbacks in the current Physics Teaching because the students are only passive acceptance, lack of independent learning and exploring knowledge, the students don't have strong needs and capabilities of knowledge, it leads to the lack of their sense of innovation, creativity and innovation ability and does not meet the quality education requirements.For the current common problems of teaching, the establishment of a network operable teaching system, using modern educational technology to achieve the overall optimal design of teaching so as to realize the basic conditions for teaching optimization and effective way. A network teaching platform can provide students with a new way of learning with emphasis on the autonomy learning and an entirelly new learning platform, it can change the traditional teaching methods to promote the teaching process confined to the classroom from the closed to open, to optimize the teaching process, to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and stimulate the students'interest in learning. This article is on the construction of campus network which is based on construction learning theory and combined with our practical teaching experience, I designed an ASP-based middle school physics teaching platform. This platform can be easily used by the students and teacher, it is easy for the teachers'"teaching" and the students'"learning", it can achieve the interactive online teaching environment. The system uses B/S system structure and the ASP programming language and SQL Server database system implementation which is object-oriented and easy to extend. To design the plaform, I use software engineering thinking way and the way of modular design, the network platform is divided into four modules, namely, the administrator management module, teaching module, learning module and collaborative exchange of modules, its performance is stable, it has a friendly interface, it is easy to use and with rich teaching resources, curriculum tools, communication tools, management tools and other physical modules of network teaching platform. The system includes teacher preparation, classroom teaching, online testing, self-learning and other teaching functions; it is practical, reliable, advanced and economy; it is open, good with interactive capability and can be easily expand, upgrade, etc.. In short, the network system is an effective solution to the daily physics teaching, it can overcome many shortcomings of the current physics teaching. It is constructed in accordance with the principle of "based on the existing, focus on the development of advanced and practical, cost-effective, quality-oriented".After testing run by the school teachers and students , the system is said to be able to meet the daily needs of basic teaching and the needs of online teaching orientation. It can achieve the desired effect. Practice has proved that: the system is practical, strong and able to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and initiative to facilitate the teaching of communication between teachers and students. It helps us find a new breakthrough for physics network teaching and it is valueable for the subsequent development of physics teaching.
