While the Chinese TV columns are stepping into the market, the science-educational TV programs which aim to spread knowledge are always facing the plight, the knowledge frame will be elevated in the practical utilization in order to enhance the program contents with the introducing of constructivism mind.The text introduces the constructivism mind in the studying of science-educational TV programs.We can find the right way and cases by studying the form and contents of science-educational TV programs so as to form a kind of new science-educational TV programs writing and directing mind. Something is found in the research, the writing and directing thought of the science-educational TV programs adopt the traditional way of expatiating. Although it is pretty logical, it lacks of contents so that audience rating is so low. The science-educational TV programs often adapt the themes and contents which features on the high-tech knowledge due to its positioning and audience structure. The programs are becoming more marginal because of its deep scientific attribute. How to reverse the plight for the science-educational TV programs directors, the answer is to raise the accomplishment. The text tries to introduce constructivism learning theory to study the strategies of the science-educational TV programs writing and directing in order to bring forward some good mind and strategies for the directors and the programs.constructivism mind has some main features. Following the scientific rule and transmitting rule, the knowledge frame of the directors not only have the constructivism mind, but also apply it to the programs. During the process of writing and directing, we search and build the classic cases, intercalate suspense make tales show the style of image, lead the audience to explore the knowledge of tales by showing the conflict of tales.Based on the research which is focus on the macro mind layer and management layer of Chinese science-educational TV programs, the text has two new points which shows in below, firstly, we define the directors of the science-educational TV programs, the science-educational TV programs directors means in the tenet of popularizing scientific way, based on knowing of the knowledge, the people who choose the themes, write the explanation, use the shooting technigue, use the various showing means, show the scientific contents, impact people to build the scientific knowledge and understand the science-educational TV programs. At the same time, they are the key people of the science-educational TV programs creation. Secondly, study and analyze the strategies of the science-educational TV programs and the possibility of constructivism instructs the programs by analyzing program cases.
