With the fast development of computer network technology, the studying based on network has already become an effective way to get knowledge, learn and communicate. Under the background of rapid inflation of educational resources, new curriculumideas teaching methods and educational environment are being developed the traditional classroom teaching. The question of how to inspire learning interest, improve learning efficiency waits to be solved. So the network courses come into being to solve this problem. The network courses have compensated many disadvantages of traditional teaching with their own advantages of flexibility,interaction,multimedia and shared capability.Many universities had set up the class of Modern education Technology, which belongs to the category of pedagogy discipline. It is mainly concerned of the educational theory, teaching design and educational software and so forth. Since this course connects the theory and practice, seen from the perspective of time and theoretical level, it is not sufficient to only depend on the traditional teaching models and teaching methods. Students tend to get more theories out of class, make the course software by hands. Meanwhile .we should establish a set of systematic and reasonable teaching feedback's system to check students'learning efficiency and teaching effect.This article absorbs and reorganizes much knowledge about learning study. This paper applies network construction technology, opens a set of network suited for the school courses and students'characteristics and adjusts teaching contents partly based onthe constructivism theory. The research result will be used to improve the teaching effect of modern educational technology to solve the problems of lacking in teaching resources. We hope to spread the network courses to other schools and educational departments. This paper will be tested to provide effective platforms for bachelors'teachingand learning.
