At present, the multi-depot Xigu automation system for different sets of the complete system to implement, a wide range of development tools, interface protocol is not transparent, and all subsystems are independent of each other, data can not be shared. Automation does not have a unified platform and a unified database, there is no information management system, management can not keep real-time view into the inventory data, timely adjustment of strategies, performance management can not be carried out. ERP systems do not interface to a higher level of orders, such as department information, and reported stock sales and other information required manual entry, the operator a greater workload, prone to error. Xigu depot with step-by-step to play a pivotal role to improve the depot management, control of the depot to carry out the integration of the transformation is necessary.In this paper, based on the above issues is starting to break the traditional concept of automation inherent in transformation, mainly to monitor the achievement of the integrated control of the transformation is not due to mature from the experience, the program was difficult to determine.
