The Network Kuso have caused an inevitable impact on the whole society, including people's life and values, meanwhile it also gives the mainstream culture a huge shock. It is not wise to exclude the Network Kuso blindly, but it should be given some inclusion and guidance.This chapter described the origin and the development of the Network Kuso, then summarized the characteristics of Network Kuso ,including its diversification of means,uncertainty of the audience and counter-culture . From the study of Network Kuso communication, I pointed out the openness of its communication form and the deconstruction of its contents.In this paper, I showed the Network Kuso not only made public focus on the social reality, developed the spirit of entertainment, but also boosted marginalization of mainstream culture, caused the moral hazard, violated the rights of the parties, and affected the mental health of young people .In the discussion of the origin of Network Kuso, I showed there were many reasons of it.With the help of the science and technology promotion, developments of Network technology provided strong support for them to meet people's kinds of psychological needs. And the psychological needs of the audience also include the need of watching Network Kuso. Besides, it is driven by commercial interests, and lack of legal norms. With such multi-angle analysis of its causes, I pointed out now the contents of the Network Kuso mixed, good and bad, so its standardization should be strengthen. For this problem, this paper provided relevant measures from the perspective of heteronomy and self–discipline. On the one hand, we should standardize relevant laws and regulations of our network to improve regulatory system of network. On the other hand, we should pay attention to guiding and strengthening the self–discipline of the websites and users of website, and establish norms of spreading awareness to strengthening the guiding role of the mainstream culture.
