Electronic device that widely used in many hospitals for the system of medical call, become more and more popular and valuable. The system should consider both valuable and decorative as well as the whole design of the hospital requirements. It is building an information channel that could connect with both patients and health care workers, so it may be very beneficial for patients to have the effective treatments in a short time.In this thesis,the MCU,CAN bus,and corresponding circuits are adopted to design the medical treatment calling system based on CAN bus. This paper discussed the concrete design and the method of realization on the wired calling system for the medical use on the local area. The hardware of this system was constituted host and extension. SJA1000 is selected as CAN controller and PCA82C250 is taken as the transceivers to implement communication circuits designing of CAN bus. The system uses the master-slave structure design,and the slave has the function of call,the host has the function of alarm,LED display, and USB communication, both the master and slave can receive and transmit the signal. The whole core of this system makes up of the single machine chip STC89C52.The underground program of host always was looking up by making use of multi-machine communication principle of single machine and circle inquiring approach. Phonic signals were transmitted between the host and extension by 1062A, and close and open of relay was controlled by single machine so we can choose an extension. It can make the program by C51 on the software. The system adopt solid hour search a way which saved a hardware resources,to make the system have characteristics as hardware in brief, the procedure adjust to try easily, the function strong etc. The system mainly applies a correspondence in RS485 half double string line agreement which can carry out a long-distance information for leaving to deliver with control, and adopts 12864 liquid crystal displays which can show sickroom and sickbed number by dynamic state, and make use of the DS1302 clock chip carries out ten thousand calendar functions, and also adopt the using constituted data in common of the 24C02 chips saving system.The medical treatment calling system of distributed control is designed. The call sign is collected from the ward and transmitted through CAN bus to the doctors and nurse room to realize communications between the room of doctors and nurses and ward. And far button signal transmission problem and low power consumption have been solved. It has pragmatic and economic characters.After schematic design,PCB design,Plate making,welding,Programming and debugging process, finally the system was tested. on a summary of all the work, the whole system design has achieved the desired results.The system possesses simple hardwere, programe test easy, high reliability, low power consumption and easy installation, and has a practical value.
