This thesis is to aim at the split phenomenon of the inclined tie root appearing or relieving tool system and tie link location from a bulldozer model machine run, by analyzing and arguing, firstly making use of 3D model function of Pro/E establish the imitative pattern of the bulldozer operate device, then making use of the automatically analyze software of the machinery system kinetics namely ADAMS imitate the movement of the bulldozer operate device, find out the split reason at the junction of the bulldozer tool and the linked rod, then draw up the betterment design scheme of the operate device so that ensure it no longer appears this kind of abnormal split phenomenon.This thesis has created the kinematics/kinetics model of the bulldozer operate device,has analyzed the kinematics/kinetics character of the original bulldozer work device,has recognize its split reason,has analyzed some parameters such as connecting mode and combine location and linked rod size...etc. how to affect on the work performance of the operate device,has analyzed various possible betterment methods, via excellent design and imitated computing search to recognize the total betterment scheme,has imitated kinematics or kinetics character of the scheme after improve,has provided a viable theory basis for the technique betterment of operate device,has improved the whole work performance of the bulldozer.
