2-D precision Turntable is a key component of airborne optical Stable platform.This stable platform is a major equipment that can rapid capture the important goal of high-speed and smooth track it. The level of the turntable's precision and stability is an important platform to the track accuracy factor.2-D precision Turntable used the control system of torque motor and high-precision encoder combination to control the accuracy of its azimuth and pitching rotation. As the support of the control system,the dynamics of the table's mechanical structure directly impact on the accuracy of the platform system.So,the research on the table's dynamics has the great significance.This article is on the basis of the full understanding of the dynamics and finite element analysis theory.Based on the 3-D modle of the turntable made by UG,we used the finite element analysis simulation of the dynamics of the table for the research and analysis, and put forward relevant to optimize treatment. To aim at the response frequency and vibration mode and other important characteristics of the dynamic data,we used PATRAN&NASTRAN to mode analysis for the key components of the turntable; To determine the position of turntable rotation axis in the course of the work of deformation,we used ADAMS to Transient Response Analysis; Through the simulation data analysis and synthesis of error, we verified the correctness of the design.
