The master control station is the control center of the subsea production control system,provides power, control logic and communication for subsea production control system,including applications software for monitoring hydraulic power unit, power supply unit,master control station also provides human/machine interface for control systems. The subseaproduction control system is to ensure that the hub of a coordinated operation of subseaproduction systems, so that the stable operation of the master control station is important.The design of the hardware and software for the master station has been describeddetailedly in this paper. It obtained a complete set of the overall program. Master controlstation using a collaborative model of the upper and lower computer, processing core as thenext crew to the S7-200PLC, mainly responsible for collecting data of the electrohydraulicsubsea control system; The upper computer uses WinCC as the configuration tool, remotelyoperated the tree valves and sensors, intuitively presented the electrohydraulic subsea controlsystem of site conditions, production data and alarm information to the user, while reportedthe real-time data to the monitoring center.At the same time, the implementation process of the upper and lower computercommunication has been described detailedly. The upper and lower computer communicationuses the Software of Siemens PCAccess to build the OPC protocol channel between WinCCand S7-200PLC; The lower computer and controlled objects communication uses theProfibus, Modbus and Ethernet three bus protocols. Finally, the OPC communications testingexperiments between the master control station and monitoring system were carried out,completed a master control station on the monitoring role of the electrohydraulic subseacontrol system.
