As information technology in the medical field more and more applications, the medical information technology has been carried out into a new phase. Medical fields gradually established HIS (Hospital Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving And Communication System) and other systems to achieve electronic patient records and medical image information acquisition, management, storage, and transmission, which makes health care systems of medical information resources sharing. Currently, the construction of the medical information system, most manufacturers lack of standardization and open understanding of the system generally does not use a common standard interface design, which seriously hampered the same hospital HIS system and the PACS system HIS system between different hospitals or medical information in the PACS system, mutual communication and information sharing.Combined with Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province with social development projects-"open integrated medical information system development and demonstration." with the required standards, technologies and open source kit with a brief description of the domestic and international research, this paper come out a brief application status analysis and complete platform for hanging protocols for functional design and implementation.In the study of the DICOM 3.0 standard and its Supplemental Agreement-hanging protocols based on the main content, combined with open-source toolkit DCM4CHE 2.X. you can design and implement custom hanging protocols. Hanging protocols can browse or work in the image displayed in the select list, each type of medical examination can be assigned a default hanging protocols, if you do choose to use the default hanging protocols, hanging protocols can be based on priority classification. Each hanging protocols include one or more display groups. Each group qualified for a set of display image and a set of interface display rules of the screen layout. Users can browse the display of hanging protocols in the group or to limit the new display group. When the load display groups, in accordance with the rules from the display screen shows the interface to add and remove elements.This paper have studied the medical image processing, use grayscale conversion and Fourier transform on image processing for the enhancement of medical image processing, and use Roberts cross operator and the Kirsch operator for segmentation of medical images.The research results through the platform verification, the effect is performing well, the last of the issues to be improved analysis shows.
