In recent years, along with medical service development, in our country the remote medical service demand especially with the medical phantom remote diagnosis increase rapidly. However, many hospitals have not established the complete DICOM network transmission medical service system. Construction for a platform of transmits which can satisfy the Chinese market peculiar circumstance in needed urgently. This thesis presents the development of such system, which features on the cross platform, the cross network, the reusability, exquisite nimble, the privacy security and the good cost advantage remote medical service.This system uses the JAVA language, the derby transportable database and the xml technology for the JAVA language having the cross platform characteristic, the system may move under the multi-operating system environment using the xml dynamic disposition systems operation environment, the data storage in transportable database derby causing the entire software system may move together along with the transportable storage device to the different network environment, so called system's cross network operating characteristic.The design integrates static model and the dynamic model method to carry on the frame design of the remote medical system. During the static model design process, software system is divided into the actuation level, the intermediate level and the application layer, enhanced system's reusability. System's dynamic-model design focuses on the system module's interactive relations as well as the multi-duty system succession relations. The outline and the detailed design embody these aspects to enhance system's stability.This thesis implemented detailed design for the system including principle, functional modules, and workflows and interfaces. It completes system's realization with the preliminary testing. According as verification of data, module testing, system testing, GE's medical equipment and laboratory testing on the ground, it is proved that the design system fulfill requirement of the cross platform, the cross network, the reusability, exquisite nimble, the privacy keep secret as well as reduce the cost aspect the characteristic. The design strategy and implementation approach used in the thesis are effective.
