Along with the computer control, electronic information and automatic control technology rapid development, especially computer technology extensive application in many fields and gradually to intelligent direction, computer technology and industrial control connection become the inevitable outcome of the era. The microcomputer and process control connection, will in computer operation and completed all monitoring, evaluation of the entire process. This software is namely through software system of intelligent automatic generating function, complete plant work tasks, task issued, personnel leave, working arrangements, staff performance statistics work content.This paper focus on power station site personnel management system design and implementation unfold, including software forming background, needs analysis, software design, software testing, software maintenance etc.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter presents the introducing power station site personnel management system of meaning, the software development platform, data management system, database call way. The second quarter introduces software work background, including technical background, power plant actual work demand background. On the system using method, functions and software application after work to achieve the purpose of er. The third quarter of this paper is the overall structure of the system was introduced.The second chapter is background knowledge. Power plant staff work and rest system was introduced in the chapter. The second quarter of power is generating unit composition, principle, power plant are described. The third quarter of workshop working area briefly described. The fourth quarter introduces software development platform and database management system.The third chapter is the system requirement analysis. The second quarter after completion of this software is expounded and the harvest of software maintenance and upgrade after are proposed.This system from a work group management arrangement will start the daily operations of the regional division, according to the working content through group rotation of the means to achieve the balance of the workload. Program considering operation time, handwork alternate for the work and rest for another to leave the divisional, according to relevant stipulations on the management of personnel for the requirements. In the distribution of the work, according to the researchers, through responsibilities authorized users ordered, accomplish tasks explicitly to people, improve working efficiency and transparency.
