Design And Operation Of Construction MIS In Guohua Dingzhou Power Plant

In this paper, the author researched the necessity of adopting information management in the course of the thermal power plants construction. Based on investigating the current develop techniques, he considered that the system structure of MIS should be C/S combined with B/S, system platform should be build by Windows 2000 Advance Server and Sybase and PowerBuilder 8.0 should be the best developing tools. After accounted the information program, he suggested the system design principia, design goal and the system solution. In this paper, based on analyzing the system requirement in detail in invest plan, material, construction, finance and other core affairs, he showed his view in the subsystem compartmental method and function demands of the construction management information system of Guohua Dingzhou thermal power plant. He also described the whole safety strategy, interface with other subsystem, the typical system design and so on.The recent operation result of the construction information system in the Guohua Dingzhou thermal power plant in Hebei province conformed success of the system, which proved the system improved the management level, completed the final account and the final documents rapidly and reliably. The system met the requirement of the information management in invest plan control, material control, quality control, safety and civilization construction, archives management, official affairs control, finical control and so on in the process of the thermal power plant construction.Now the system has already been used in 8 construction items of Guohua power develop corporation, which gained a lot of praise from the corporation. The information management in the process of the thermal power plant construction had been a standard plat in Guohua power develop corporation, which improved the efficiency and standardizing of management. The construction of the system offered abound experience and valuable basic data, which would benefit the next construction of operation MIS for power plant.
