In the past,because of the immature of objective conditions and the shortcoming of manager's stuff,the development of computer-assisted management is very slow, but with the development of computer technology and the enhance of the manager's stuff the condition of computer-assisted management is mature,at this time,it is needed to develop a electronic information management platform which a real production, management practices consistent with can be helpful for the managers to use the computer technology to do dailytasks,such as device management and maintenanceAt first,this paper introduces multi-tier software framework,and analyzes the evolution of the software architecture from one-tier to N-tier. And it researches the main technologies used in the paper,including .NET framework and Web Services coretechnologies. Then it discusses the relationship between software framework and design patterns,and does an analysis on a classic MVC design pattern.Finally,in the N-tiers oftware architecture,this paper uses the MVC design pattern to develop ChangChun Highway Bureau transportation equipment management information system.This innovative points raises in a software system N-tier framework,using the MVC design model for softwaredevelopment model,and applicants to apractical application system development work, which a chieves fairly good resultsThe paper has six chapters as follows.Chapter 1 introduces the goals of this study,the main elements of the work and innovative points.Chapter 2 introduces the system of multi-tier structure. The chapter discusses the development of multi-tier system architecture,advantages and disadvantages of N-tier Structure. Chapter 3 researches the main technology used in this paper, .NET framework and Web services..NET framework provides excellent development environment and technical services guarantee for software framework. WEB services technologies such as XML,SOAP,WSDL,and UDDI can support the system from network layer.Chapter 4 introduces the concept of software framework and design paradigm,and analyses the relationship between them. This chapter raises MVC design model,and achieves a classic MVC design pattern in ASRNET environment, gives the advantage and disadvantage of MVC design pattern.Chapter 5 applies the MVC design pattern in N-tier software framework to design and realize the ChangChun Highway Bureau transportation equipment management information systems.
