| With the rapid development of electronic technology, higher and higher requirements of the acquisition and management of video-audio data are need for the video conference system, STB, high-definition TV. video phone, video monitoring system and many other application. During the acquisition and management of video-audio data, there is increasingly high requirement for the indicators of the chip's performance and processing speed. so they also present new challenges for the design of hardware system. The design of embedded-video-monitoring system based on DaVinci technology is proposed in this thesis, aimed at the requirements for high real time, high computational capacity, short development cycle, quickly marketing and other characteristics.By analysing the function and performance of processing chips, this thesis selects the DSP, based on the DaVinci technology, as the processor which is made by Texas Instruments and comes from the C6000 series. The TMS320DM6467 is a high performance digital media processor that is chosen for the solution of video, audio and image.In order to achieve the major function of this design, which includes nine-channel video data acquisition, data processing and image data storing, the paper completes the design of hardware system. So we can replay the video, when need, which is also convenient for observing scenarios at different time and places. The video surveillance system includes video processing hardware platform and software platform. Video processing part includes video collection and video compression. And then, by the use of corresponding software controls the playback pictures of nine-channel in the hard disk. According to time division transmission mode, the system achieves nine-channel video data transmission. What's more, the nine-channel pictures are composited and displayed on a terminal by the use of software. This kind of technology makes the system both economize resources and operate easily.This thesis focuses on the hardware design of multi-video composition and playback device, including memory module, video input and output module, audio module, Ethernet module, infrared remote control module and so on. This paper also introduces every module's circuit design and working principle. This design takes practicability and scalability into account. Therefore the video monitoring system based on TMS320DM6467 has good prospect in monitoring area. |
