Design And Realization Of The Intelligent Regulator With SCR Trigger Output

It is frequently needed to measure and control some process parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow in the industry, especially in chemical process industry. In some traditional applications, the closed-loop actuator control system is usually composed by sensors, transmitters, indicators, regulators and actuators.With the developments of microelectronics and information technology, the intelligent regulator is gradually replacing the traditional analog instruments. Some intelligent regulators which combine the function of transmitters and indicators are now widdly used in some simple systems.So the intelligent regulators that can work independently has become a big hot spots.In this thesis, we give out the overall design of the intelligent regulator based on the principle of the SCR.Next, the design of hard-ware and software for the intelligent regulator is described in detail, particularly the power circuit, A/D circuit, pulse output circuit, three-phase zero-crossing signal detection circuit. And we also show how to get the real value of resistance signal and the way we deal with the output value.Finally, some EMC standards are introduced and we talk about some tips to pass the performance testing by laboratory and achieved the desired design requirements.
