With the development of communication equipment towards high integration and systemization,especially in the limited space of communication vehicles,the density of electronic and electrical equipment has increased drastically.And a large number of devices,such as routers,radios,wired transmission,positioning and timing devices,information processing devices,are equipped in communication vehicles.Specially,wireless transmission devices with big transmission power and high receive sensitivity are integrated into one vehicle,communicating with others in the same region.This leads to deteriorating of electromagnetic environment in limited space,which becomes the main constraint of combat capability of the troops.Hence how to make these electrical devices work together without disturbing each other with limited time,space and frequency resources becomes a key problem in communication vehicle design.This paper first introduces the development status of communication electronic cabins at home and abroad,analyzes the electromagnetic interference problems of various electronic systems under various communication requirements and high integration conditions,and proposes the electromagnetic compatibility problem of communication vehicles.From the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three widely used design methods of electromagnetic compatibility design,it is pointed out that the system design method is the best way to solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem.Secondly,from the perspective of electromagnetic compatibility design,the paper analyzes the design of hole joints,cabinets,square cabins and loading equipment and wiring,and proposes solutions.The effects of various types of gaps and openings on the shielding effectiveness of shielded cabinets are analyzed and the design requirements of the shielded cabinet holes and the electromagnetic leakage prevention measures are proposed.Furthermore,the electromagnetic compatibility design of the actual cabinets is analyzed and tested in detail,the correctness of the design measures are proved.Then,the theoretical analysis of the shielding effectiveness of the communication cabin is carried out.According to the shielding theory,the electromagnetic compatibility is carried out from eight aspects: the determination of the thickness of the cabin,the selection of the skin inside and outside the cabin,the design of the square door,and the grounding of the cabin.Finally,the electromagnetic environment characteristics of the communication vehicle and the interference coupling path of the communication vehicle are analyzed.The field strength and antenna coupling degree of the whip antenna commonly used in communication vehicles are analyzed and calculated,and the sensitive equipment and interference equipment are determined.According to the theory of electromagnetic compatibility,the electromagnetic compatibility of communication vehicle equipment is analyzed and designed from six aspects: connector and cable,system layout,spectrum management,wiring and grounding,power supply and lightning protection.
