Digital technoloy revolution has been rendering a change of the world'spolitics in terms of transformation of a new political social life and relativemechanism which are now the latest fashion in worldwide politics circle. In China,the new terms such as "cyber democracy", "cyber political participation" and"cyber politics" are witnessing a strong momentum of the rising of cyber politics,in which much more political expectations and functions are embodied. However,it is realistic that cyber politics has brought not only a promising politicsenvironment but also some crisis. All of these above could test out the ability ofgovernmental administration and the citizens' ability of governmental participationas well as their media literacy. Meanwhile, it is also responsible for media toinspect themselves and make their political and social functions to tell.Researching from a viewpoint of the relationship between media and politics,along with the study on China's practical cyber development, this essay tries tomake an investigation into cyber politics, in order to find a new way to look intothis topic as well as make a clarification of the relationships among government,the public and cyber media and their responsibilities, due to which, the suggestionfor the development of China's cyber politics would be ultimately given.
