Variations From Political Medium To Mediated Politics

In the history of journalism, medium and politics is always the important roles,this moment politics put medium in its arm, while next moment medium will break the control and reacts to politics. Medium and politics is coexistence in the way of control and anti-control.The balanced development between politics and medium is the stable foundation of the country.If politics seriously sequence the space of medium will castrate its political function, finally build a autocratic government.If medium excessive act to political field will interfere the normal political life and destroy it’s stability.Based on above theoretical analysis,this paper from the perspective of medium’s political attributes and relationship between medium and politics to discuss the problem of medium system reformation of the Soviet Union.Through studying,this paper discover that the essence of the reformation is the change progress from the political medium to mediated politics.The relationship between medium and politics in the one hand performs as political power control medium in the process of political medium,on the other hand is the big effect in the process of mediated politics that medium affect on the political life.The ultimate goal of the Soviet Union’s medium system reformation is discard the system of political medium and develop the pattern of western country,in which medium is uncontrolled, independent to government and party.In the management system of medium of Soviet Union, politics was the only criterion of medium. In the respects of guiding ideology、organization method and material basis,Communist Party of the Soviet Union used politicized means to lead the medium into the track of political control,built the first socialism medium system in the world,which was guided by Marxism、 leaded by Communist Party of the Soviet Union and supported by public ownership In this system, medium was entirely act as the subordinate of political power, with the label of party’s principles, medium mainly act as the political tool of class rule and personal dictatorship.The power of reformation of medium system from the political demands, the leadership hoped that the medium which have more decision-making power could give impetus to democracy of Soviet Union. Its purpose was liberated the medium from the bound of political power, depoliticized and non-ideological. In this reformation, the frame of Soviet medium system had been collapsed. The guiding ideology of Marxism had been substituted by democracy、freedom and pluralism,in the aspect of ownership the private ownership had been replaced the public ownership, the organization had been shifted from party principle to legalization.While, in this reformation, Communist Party of the Soviet Union committed a fatal error that give up the leader power of medium, supported absolute and unrestricted freedom of press, lack the vigilance of ideological penetration from the western and hostile forces.Thus, provided the soil for the ideological invasion of the western and hostile forces, let the public opinion of the western and hostile forces dyed the ideology of Soviet Union colorfully. Meanwhile,the Communist Party of the Soviet Union lack the ability of regulate the opinions and retreated in the medium war, finally lost their public positions.On the basis of failure of the Soviet medium system’s reformation,this paper propose the suggestion about how to deal with the relationship of medium and politics, grasping the bind of political medium and mediated politics. Finally, benefit to the medium system of our country and other socialist countries.
