Research Of Digital Family Smart Terminal

In this paper, the latest development of the visual interphone system will be analyzed firstly. Considering the disadvantages of the current system, the trends of it will also be showed. After that, we introduce a Digital Family Smart Terminal, which is based on ARM+ WinCE.The overall design have been made in this paper, including the analysis of functional requirements, the selection of hardware platforms and software systems design; However, we mainly focus on the design of the software systems. First, we transplant the WinCE operating system and build the application software development environment. After this, the design of application software is showed in detail. Based on the analysis of the software architecture of Family Smart Terminal, we analyze the way of realizing visual interphone function. Then, we compare the two ways of realizing the message leaving and message playback, and then realize it. Besides, the function of remote monitoring function, defended status based on password is mentioned briefly.Above all, the summary of the experimental results are presented, the inadequacy of the current system is also discussed. At the same time, we put forwards the direction of further improvement. The experiment proves the design is reasonable and feasible, which can meet the needs of Family Smart Terminal.
