Research And Implementation On Andrews Mobile Client For Smart Residential Quarter

With the continuous improvement of housing requirements of our residents,Shandong province has taken the lead in issuing the guidelines for green residential construction(for Trial Implementation).Smart residential quarter is the basic unit of smart city research,application and presentation,and its construction plays a vital role in the construction of smart city in china.The smart residential quarter integrated service platform is an important part of smart residential quarter,providing data connectivity,platform construction,service driven and operational monitoring and other core functions.In the presentation mode of the platform terminal,Android system becomes the first choice for mobile clients because of its own advantages.However,the current platform service client has simple structure and single function,and each client can only provide a single or several services.Therefore,aiming at the actual demand of smart residential quarter,this paper investigated and realized a smart residential mobile phone client software based on Android,to provide terminal one-stop service for residential users,and to improve residential comprehensive service ability.Therefore,firstly this paper conducted the research on the smart residential quarter integrated service platform and the mobile phone client applying to the current smart residential quarter,then analyzed the smart residential quarter integrated service platform terminal functional and non functional requirements.And according to the actual demand,we put forward the service mode and function architecture of platform client,which has solved the problems of single function of client service and decentralized structure.Secondly,as a one-stop service to achieve residential client,and to complete interactive demand between client and the heterogeneous database,we used developing technology such asWebService and SMS message push technology,to realize multi-source heterogeneous data integration of the settlements and timely push function of alarm data.In addition,this paper undertook the specific design and implementation work about software module of family service client and software and hardware module of the visual intercom.Also the visual intercom software module was integrated into the home service software module.This paper gave a detailed exposition on the specific design and implementation process of family service module and visual intercom module: in family service module,the home furnishing control,scene mode,energy consumption monitoring and other functions were accomplished;in the visual intercom module,embedded data switching module was studied,realizing transformation and upgrading work of the traditional visual intercom system hardware.Finally by calling the library function of lib VLC,we completed video data encoding,decoding,encapsulation,transmission and other tasks,shortening the development cycle and cost.At present,Android client of the smart residential quarter integrated service platform has been put into operation;family service module and video intercom module are both running well;the overall operation of the client is stable;comprehensive function is unified.All of these have a certain significance for intelligent residential construction.
