Ground-based radar receiver is one of the essential parts in spaceflight TT&C radar systems. High precision simulation testing receiver is a part of ground radar receiver. It has been used in testing range zero value of transponder in deliver or on task, or testing distance precision error in wire systems. In this paper, the design of the simulation testing receiver is very similar with radar receivers to some extend. Based on precision measuring zero values of distance and distance, by simplifying the signal format, we will focus on measuring essential parameters which emphasis on the systems. This paper contrast the radar receiver architectures, rely on some radar receiver design paper, we finally choose the structure of super-heterodyne second conversion. This receiver is mainly composed of RF module, AGC module, DDS module and DC-DC module, etc. RF switch choose self-calibration state to cancel the error of measure, or testing state to measure the characteristic of time-phase shifting, level-phase shifting or Doppler frequency-phase offset.By analyzes the whole performance, we move down to the module level, describe the method of anti-interferers or how to canceling it. We will also analyze the characteristic of time-delay of receiver. A detailed treatment of the module design issues will presented. We conclude this with a study of RF module and AGC designing. As EMC problems become more and more popular and complicated. We simplify the principle of EMC design, and how to solve the problems in design and debug, in the end, we test the essential parameters of the receiver.
