The thesis is mainly based on the construction of proper information system which can adapt by YINGDATAIHE Life Insurance Corporation. At the initial stage, this system is characterized by three subsystems which are: recruitment benefit system; comprehensive financial statement system and corporation management system.Within these systems, Comprehensive financial statement system is to summarize sales data in the form of statement that required by headquarter or regulatory commission. Corporation management system includes inventory management; financial allowance management; fixed asset management and official document management. Most importantly, recruitment benefit system is the body of this task.This system will incorporate the financial data in headquarter; recruitment management practice & the internal provisions in JiangSu Branch. Upon the completion of this system, the monthly recruitment benefit will be calculated automatically.
