Water rate commission system for Xinjiang Postal Corporation is a province operation on e-commerce platform. This project is a secondary development of Xinjiang Postal Corporation. During the course of development, the author and his team began from the system frame and function frame , learned related technologies, digested and absorbed related technologies quickly, familiarized with the flow of the secondary development, and also learned the API functions which have been packaged and related technologies of this platform.Based on the workflow and needs of water rate charge provided by the water companies, the article achieves interoperability of third-party companies ( water company ) business in postal e-commerce platform, via second development of software. The found of Water rate commission system can provide new increase point in business, add new function for"pay in one stage"of rate commission in Xinjiang Postal Corporation, save the cost of water utilities, extend the breadth and depth of postal service, simplify the water rate payment and reach triple win, improve the work efficiency of government, accelerate the construction of information.This article is divided into six chapters, introduces the background of the subject, presented the research question, reviews the significance of the subject, describes the basic knowledge and relevant technology in detail, such as XML technique, front Sunrise custom and back service custom, provides a theoretical basis for system implementation. Then, the article introduces the construction of postal e-commerce information platform, the overall architecture and software architecture. According to the charge workflow and business needs provided by water company, combined with specific conditions, we represents the system function, business process, software system planning and hardware arrangement with reference to logic implementation process of the secondary development in information platform. Finally, we put up an illustration from the database design in system design, according to the software architecture of three C / S structure and the B / S structure combined. In software realization, we describe it from logical structure of system development environment, data management processes and systems implementation, the software system design and software implementation process. At the end, the article describes the author's experiences and lessons in writing and system developing briefly, and proposes the defect of the platform.The realization and study of this system provide new attempt for the second development of postal e-commerce business, provide certain meaning and reference value for postal department to develop other rate commission system such as TV, heater and natural gas. |
