Based On The Design Of The Mbi-gs Ahp Model Flight Instructor Burnout Intelligent Diagnostic Detection System

Flight instructor is a branch in the field of teaching and has a strong specificity. Flight instructor is a teacher as well as a pilot. If the flight instructor appear to burnout ,it may affect their teaching status ,then it is possible to make the teaching quality declined, What's worse will directly have an influence on the production safety. Given the reality and urgency of the problem and the research necessity, members of the author and subject through careful scientific analysis, in line with the principle of academy innovation conducted a bold exploration and introduced the concept of burnout to the flight instructor and at the same time made a detailed study.By studying literatures at home and abroad, paper clarified the definition and causes of burnout; then conducted a questionnaire survey of flight instructors and found out the impact factor of the flight instructor burnout according to the survey results which was used to analyze the flight instructor's burnout status; then combined with the characteristics of the flight instructors, the EBI was improved to fit test for flight instructors with the use of the MBI-GS three core dimensions, meanwhile used AHP framework, the AHP model was established based on the MBI-GS with the EBI as core module; finally from software design point of view ,intelligent lazy tired flight instructor job evaluation system diagnostic concept was built based on B/S structure .The system allows users to log in through the computer's browser to test their own case of burnout ,and the results will be automatically calculated by the system and saved ,after that, the results will be sent to flight training administration so that it is convenient for management and related departments to identify and tackle the flight instructor burnout ,avoid a crisis to cause flight safety incidents due to burnout ,improve the flight instructor's teaching quality.At present the system developed and tested well; it can be used for flight schools to monitor the line at any time about the flight instructor burnout situation ,to promote the college's humane care building and make due contributions to the protection of flight safety and the improvement of the teaching quality about the flight instructors in the future.
