In recent years, the network technology is developing rapidly; the large companies have already or are developing the appropriate software which is based on Internet technology to improve efficiency and economic benefits. The effect for all to see, to achieve power grid enterprises high-quality, high efficiency, high-effective "three high" goal, develop a WEB-based system of technical and economic analysis techniques to scientific and effective evaluation of the economic benefits of power projects is imperative!Grid projects under the Technical and Economic Evaluation of Implementation and study of existing results, this process was that: the power grid based on the construction plan, focused on the cost-effectiveness of grid projects influence factors of the project to be considered in environment, management decision-making mechanisms, as well as key aspects of economic evaluation methods, and the relationship between technology and economy. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, based on grid projects technical and economic analysis function module, develop a WEB-based grid technology projects technical and economic analysis system. The system includes the function mode of the data submitted, the contents of the data submitted to the research, custom analysis and network conditions, the project analysis, economic analysis and evaluation of power projects, power grid analysis and evaluation of technology projects, network projects and other comprehensive evaluation module The module has a relatively complete sub-module, can be a variety of reports, charts, assessment reports, power grid construction projects for the program selection, planning arrangements, project construction, project supervision, the project provides an important reference and post-evaluation basic data.
