Research And Realization Of Technical And Economic Evaluation System Of Equipment Based On B/S Mode

Petroleum equipments play an important role in the production of oil field, the management and operation of these equipments have direct impacts on the oil output and the enterprise's profit. At present, the technical performance is paid attention much more than the economic utility in the management of petroleum equipments. The scientific evaluation system is lacked in the renovation scheme of equipment, which results in the blindness of decision. Therefore, it makes significant sense for enterprises to develop a technical and economic system of petroleum equipment.According to the project of technical and economic evaluation of equipment in Liaohe Oilfield, the technical and economic factors of oil field equipments are analyzed referring to the current related techniques at home and abroad in this thesis. Then, the technical and economic theory and methods about cost modeling, economic life and multi-index comprehensive evaluation of oilfield equipment are studied.According to the actual situation of equipment management in Liaohe Oilfield, the four categories of equipment cost are fitted and forecasted by least squares method; the economic life of equipment is calculated by the methods of inferior value and minimum annual average cost; the multi-index comprehensive evaluation architecture and flow of petroleum equipments are established, each of the indexes value is standardized by the method of linear scaling transformation, and the weight coefficients of equipment indexes are calculated by AHP, the indexes value of equipment and result of comprehensive evaluation are figured out by weighted mark method.On the basis of the investigation for the project, the system is analyzed on the whole, the general scheme of technical and economic evaluation system of equipment is given based on the B/S mode, in which JSP, MVC design pattern and database connection pool are adopted.
