| With the development of system reformation in civil aviation industry, the Inner Mongolian ATM Center has been separated from the Inner Mongolian Aviation Management Bureau. The Inner Mongolian ATM Sub–Bureau set up and self-governed. The initial staff information records of Inner Mongolian ATM Sub-Bureau were recorded by the Excel software. This software needs a lot of manpower, material resources and it also makes many mistakes. Therefore, a set of new management system which is efficient, useful and scientific is necessary. Thanks to the specialized professions and confidential staff information, the Sub-Bureau needs to develop the new software by its own. The new one must accord with the scientific management in personal records.The new software was invented with the discussion of administers and the directions of supervisor. It used the Visual Basic 6.0 as tool, which belong s to the micro database management system. It also adopted the Access 2000 as the database. At the foundations of enough analyses and tests in the surveyed section, the new system can efficiently finish the basic needs in personal record. It includes the basic staff information, the staff salary information (basic salary, performance pay, subsidies, insurance) , the technique records of professional staffs (trainings, rewards and punishments,ranks and titles,professional abilities),the addition and deletion of staffs, the seeking at any conditions, the statistics of basic programs and so on. Besides, it also has some advantages, such as rational designs in procedure, simple controls, reliable operations and high confidentiality.This essay mainly introduces the system. It includes some aspects, such as the analyses of needs and supplies, the functions and designs of the system, the procedure designs, the system test and so on. In a word, this essay introduced the whole development of the personal record management system in the Inner Mongolian Aviation Sub-Bureau. |
