As the most important application of the five application of information superhighway, the electronic government affairs in the global range is wide attention, the electronic government affairs will realize the four modernizations government affairs application direction: information unified, office automation, governmental affairs opening-up, scientific management, through the one-stop management and service, and enhance the government functions, office efficiency, better for the country and the people's services.In our office automation in the development process of office automation construction has made a lot of achievements, but also exposed the many problems, such as investment, effect is not obvious, level is low, the redundant construction hardware input, and the lack of investment and the simulation software manual exercises increase burden of management. In this paper, the district government JinZhouShi pagodas work practice as the foundation, the design and implementation of a based on B/S structure of government office automation system, the main management work are as follows:(1) to realize the user login, registration and the corresponding rights management functions, making different users to enjoy different use permission, and by the system administrator unified management users (add, delete), increased the safety of the system;(2) Realize document management, schedule management, meeting management function, and administrative management according to the relevant administrative treatment process to achieve process tracking and work the function such as handling;(3) To implement the administration of personnel, the attendance management data management functions;(4) personal office management function, including personal Settings, address book, calendar management and personal note personal transaction processing function;(5) The system function, performance testing, and according to the test results of the program to improve. This paper automatic office management system mainly use the JSP + AJAX + Tomcat to realize the B/S structure, and the SQLServer2005 database platform, as the JSP + + Servlet JavaBean to web development. This system has been designed and through the corresponding test, to meet the expected development goals.
