In order to increase the efficiency, the core of the science and technology management platform realizes the automation of project management and project application. This thesis emphasizes the designing and exploitation of the two modules, and also realized other extended function with this core.Currently, part of the science and technology management platforms have been realized or used, which has achieved the desired goals, get a good effect and have been widely welcomed by the users. Through continuous improvement in the practical application, the science and technology management platform will promote the development of education information further more.
