At present, there is not any information management systems based on standard of CNAS-CLO1in Baotou criminal science and technology laboratory, which provides the necessary prerequisite in the completion of this paper.J2EE technology platform assembles services, protocols and APIs, applying this platform technology can construct distributed multi-layer application and provide stable and strong service. In Web application, the platform is divided into five layers in logic, including client layer, presentation layer, business layer, persistence layer and database layer. This architecture provides a modularity method based on modules and development of web application for the developer. The MVC development mode is used in the system designed in this paper, and the key technology of J2EE combined with the theory knowledge of information digitization and the CNAS-CLO1standard are also adopted, under the condition that the input of information is optimized, the needs of centralized management preserving and true-time query for case material are fulfilled in the system, the security demand of the process of data transmission is also fulfilled. Due to the current structure of Web development is disordered and low ratio of the code utilization, a application module is built based on J2EE platform design mode and achieving the application of the stated model by the design of the system. After the research of system business process and design technology, the database design and every functional module design are realized, we also test the function of the system and get the targets of the code of multiple reuse and concise structure design.
