Abstract/Summary:
Dali city social assistance information management system is a user-friendly,powerful automated interactive platform, the system is easy for customers and can improve the productivity, to achieve the goal of making the work more standardized and scientific. This research established in Dali city social assistance information management system, developing four modules of information management system including basic query statistics information management, business management, information management, system maintenance and management, the dynamic management mode of the online applications, online approval of social relief work, online queries and online banks become achievement . Making the foundation of the digital home, home science, norms home in Dali, to achieve the computerization of the work of social assistance in Dali, implementation management of social assistance information sharing; and also can provide social assistance recipients quality, convenience and efficient service.Development of the subject follows the method which is more popular in information management system (MIS): object-oriented analysis and design methods. The basic ideas of developing it is using systems thinking and systems engineering methods, according to the principle of the supremacy of users, to analysis and design the system structurally and modularly. Study on the subject of application system is based on object-oriented design methods, including the establishment and maintenance of back-end database and front-end application development both. Using object-oriented system analysis and design method, combine DELPHI technology with SQL Sever database , writing foreground with DELPHI language , background use SQL Sever control database, DELPHI special emphasis on the reuse of components, separate the generation and display of content. It developed with the use of identifies simplified page, under the development thought of STRUTS it has a detailed description on how to design and implement the system of (VIEW) layer, (CONTROL) layer, and (MODEL) layer, analysis of the method to solve some technical difficulties, and related class implements.
