Third, design IPTV network security and reliability analysis, and put forward solutions.In fourth, according to the system,some key technical problems are discussed in detail and analysis, put forward corresponding settlement train of thought and solution.Finally, the paper points out that the innovation work, characteristics and the need to continue efforts to respect.This IPTV platform has completed the design and construction, and has been put into use. Jiangxi Telecom as the first in China based on TCP carrying IPTV 2.0 platform, and at the same time, access a number of set-top box to provide IPTV services platform, will be in all kinds of new problems and new technology continue to explore.
