Network News Spokesman System Build

With the growing number of Internet users, the network became the largest distribution center for public opinion expression, which posed a huge chanllenge to the government information disclosure and public opinion guidance. We start major from the organizational management, make the selection and training system, make clear objectives of building a strong spokesman team; continue to strengthen the technology platform development, innovate the the way of the speech, attempt to make the information exchange more convenient; standardize the process of speaking continuously, make the speech principles,enhance the government's image in the mind of the public; establish the incentives, monitor the speech acts to ensure work effectiveness of network news spokesman. We analyse the reason of the network news spokesman system's existing problems by some examples and investigate the future development trends of the network news spokesman.
