| Guided by the systemic engineer developing theory and the software engineering idea, this paper is based on the researches and survey data all over the world. It also combines the current status of mobile digital libraries. First, the paper discusses the connotation of the mobile digital library. Second, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems in mobile digital library service platform, and also the solutions. Third, the paper analyzes the goal and the question of the mobile digital library. Fourth, the paper carries out the system analysis of the mobile digital library service platform project with the flow of strategic planning, feasibility analysis and requirement analysis. The paper mainly analyzes the feasibility of the service platform from social factors and technical perspectives. Fifth, the paper launches the requirement analysis from three aspects of the end-user, library and the network operators. Based on the previous analysis, the author puts forward the designing principles of the mobile digital library service platform. Then transaction process flow of the service platform is designed from short message and wap model. And security is advanced from aspects of authority controlling, ID verification and confidentiality, etc. Framework of the service platform is discussed from system structure, function framework and network construction. At last, as the new service modal in the information technology transformation of the library, mobile digital library will be influenced by the cloud computing undoubtedly. Combined with the constructing of the mobile digital library service platform, the paper analyzes the service functions, the service contents, the construction standard and the social value as well, in order to provide a meaningful reference for the development of the mobile digital library service platform. |
