| With the development of the social economy and the maturity of the technology of EDA, especially, in recent years, the development of FPGA showcases functional feature and high-level applications. Universities also need the programmable technology refreshing their education. Involving teaching and researching, what they want is to let students more easily understand and master the technology of EDA.This paper firstly analyses the research background of the case of communication system, introducing EDA technology and its functional software, then proposes hardware design background based on CYCLONE core processors and Quartusâ…¡software, both of which come from ALTERA company. This article makes the outline of FPGA at the first passage, also briefly introduces the structure and basic principle of FPGA, and the relatively popular FPGA development tools. It describes the overall design framework of communication system and the layout of PCB, then presents hardware modules in detail, including power circuit, LCD display circuit, JTAG interface circuit and A/D,D/A circuit. When comes to the design of software, this paper used verilog-HDL as design input and explains design process through basic principle and circuit principle diagram. Finally, the article introduces some of the major debugging process to analyze the problems and come up some final solutions . |
