Dynamic Alliance Based On Petri Net Construction And Analysis Of Workflow

Enterprise Dynamic Alliances will become the new mode to transcend the traditional competition in the new century. And this view has been accepted by both industries and academic widely. However, how to get the information of leagues, how to form an alliance, and who manage the alliance to ensure the fundamental interests of alliances? All of these questions show that a good platform should be built to realize the integrating and standard management of the enterprise alliances.Workflow Technology is to realize the modeling, simulation, optimization, management and integration of the business process, and realize the automation finally. In this paper, an effective combination between Workflow Management Technology and Enterprise Dynamic Alliance has been made to streamline and track the enterprise alliance process. Therefore, the operating efficiency of the enterprise alliance can be improved greatly, and save the human, material, financial resource, then build a good platform for the enterprise alliance.The dynamic alliance process was analyzed in this paper firstly, and decomposed into registration process, information public process, partner selection process, contract signing process and complaint evaluation process, then analyzed the feasibility of this design idea.A Petri net model of dynamic alliance workflow was given secondly, and then analyzed the boundness and reachability of the Petri nets, verified the safety and feasibility of the workflow. What's more, CPN tools was used to simulate and verify the Petri net model, and make the process more standard, effective and reasonable. Therefore, the study has an important value and significance.An example was given and simulated by CPN tools to prove the practicability and feasibility of the model in this paper finally.In order to survive in the fierce competition and gain a long-term competitive advantage, we should explore the more reasonable development mode actively. The organizing mode of Dynamic Alliance Workflow can realize resource sharing, risk sharing, advantage complementary and strengthen competitive edge, and also improve the operating efficiency with the contact of funds, technology and talents, reduce the operational risk and realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, produce the maximum economic and social benefits with limited resources, promote the sustainable development of medium enterprises.
