Design And Implement Of The Control Center Software For Rail CCTV Network

At present, the economy of our country is developing fast. The increase of the population in city puts more and more pressure on the transportation. Government carries out a series of polices and measures to relieve this situation, among which the establishment of the urban railway system is undoubtedly effective. But the management and control is difficult in the railway system because of its complexity. So the use of the railway CCTV system is necessary.Rail CCTV system is a video collection and communication system, composed of camera, video recorder, switch, monitor and etc. It monitors railway environment in real time and in all directions, and stores the video data for future use. The control center software for rail CCTV network is an efficient and important tool for management and control of the CCTV system. This thesis introduces the Rail CCTV system, and its development history. Then the structure of some Rail CCTV system is introduced. Based on which, the function of the control center software is analyzed and the whole frame is established. Proceeding from the software structure, the thesis analyzes the importance and the design of each part, mainly on video processing module and system control module. Video processing module includes real time surveillance, video playback and download, which provides the whole solution to the video management. System control module works through the communication between the software and DVR, which is important to system configuration. At last, a series of test is carried out in order to insure the reliability. The control center software is used before and during the system service for configuration and maintenance. It is the key point to keep the CCTV system working normally and consistently.Former control software for CCTV system is mainly designed for video playback. The one this thesis mentions implements not only real time surveillance, video playback and backup, but also maintenance and control of the whole CCTV system, which perfects the current software's defects. Until now, the control center software is used efficiently in the test and production of some metro.
