Knowledge construction is a kind of meaningful learning, Though which the gain of knowledge is not just simple transfers, Acceptance and copies. It's a study base on the interaction between learners' intrinsic knowledge and new input.So knowledge construction requires learners to have a rational intrinsic knowledge structure and a good study environment which is helpful for knowledge construction study.In recent year, With quickly development of Chinese higher education and the expand of enrollment of graduate students enlarged the group of graduate students.As the growing in quantity of graduate students, some problems appeared, such as the low academic level of graduate students,the lack of higher education teachers and the imperfect of postgraduate curriculum system and so on.These problems go against the aim of postgraduate education and cause the unreasonable cognitive structure of graduate students and their lack of creativity in academic study.As an output of Internet upgraded, Web2.0 which declares freedom,equality and opening provides learners a place to widely communicate and cooperate. Base on the investigations and analyses on the survey of graduates'studying online, the author of this dissertation noticed the missing of knowledge construction environment for graduates' knowledge construction. After a detail analyzing the needs of the graduates the author integrated various applications patterns of Web2.0 such as Blog,Wiki,Rss,Diigo ect. Finally, take graduate students majored in educational technology in BoHai university as the example, This dissertation design and development learning platform to accommodate the graduates' knowledge construction. This study aims at providing a virtual website environment for graduate students' construction knowledge so as to enhance the quality of graduate education.
