In recent years,with the gradual popularization and successful application of project management technology,it has gradually extended from project management to IT information technology fields such as software engineering,at the same time,it has a very wide range of applications in intelligent buildings,digital campuses,and other fields.Software engineering & integration projects involve not only software development but also hardware integration.In the whole integration project,software development is only one of the links.IT technology and engineering projects are integrated to form a complete system.Since the complexity of project integration is getting higher and higher,more and more subsystems are included.In project practice,project delays are often caused by frequent rework and changing requirements,so it is necessary to develop a schedule management method for such projects.Firstly,the characteristics of schedule management of software engineering & integration projects are analyzed,and the problems that easily occur in the process of schedule management of such projects are summarized.Then,the problems and reasons are analyzed in depth.Based on earned value management technology and critical chain theory,the methods and measures to solve these problems are put forward.Secondly,on the basis of deep research on earned value technology and critical chain theory,the schedule management of integrated software engineering project is refined into three processes: schedule optimization,schedule rearrangement and joint monitoring.The first two processes are mainly to arrange project duration according to critical chain theory,to optimize the schedule of multi-resource constrained projects,and then to use schedule rearrangement technology to optimize key chain items.The project plan is transformed into a project plan that can be used by traditional earned value technology.Finally,a project schedule control system based on joint monitoring module is constructed,and a joint schedule management method of earned value and buffer monitoring is proposed.Through the three sub-modules of earned value of progress,buffer monitoring and risk prevention,the progress of software engineering integration project can be monitored at both external and internal levels.In this paper,by referring to the key chain project management technology and taking the project management of highway tunnel monitoring system as an example,the schedule of key chain project is applied to the software engineering & integration project,which effectively prevents Parkinson's law and student syndrome.At the same time,referring to the current traditional project management schedule management method,considering the bottleneck constraints such as resources,this paper improves the critical chain method,uses intelligent algorithm to solve the project schedule plan based on multi-resource constraints,and combines earned value technology to explore a joint schedule control method suitable for software engineering & integration projects.
