International mathematics education communities reach a consensus on the positive educational value of the dynamic geometry. Dynamic geometry software in the network distance education, especially in mathematics education is of great significance. Based on mobile computing environment, dynamic geometry system not only is important to boost the learning of mathematics, but also will promote the development of network distance education.Dynamic Geometry Systems (DGS, Dynamic Geometry System) is a computer geometry mapping system developed in the 1990s. Users base on the geometry and geometric relationships of the point, line, and circle to build a dynamic geometry. Dynamic geometry tools such as GSP and GeoGebr of the United States, and super drawing board in China and so on are well-known. Dynamic geometry software currently on the market, are almost geared to the needs of desktop applications for personal computers, a few of which could support web form, but bad on the user experience, not really the WEB version. It is rarely on the study of dynamic geometry software faced for mobile terminals.As the large number of mobile terminals (such as smart phones, tablet PCs) become indispensable information processing platform in our life, it is important to exploit dynamic geometry system based on mobile terminal.In this paper, we state the background and research of dynamic geometry, design a dynamic geometry system for mobile devices, and finish the system based on Flash AS. To ensure the system smooth in mobile devices, we propose an efficient algorithm of tracing Geometric graphic.
