Study On The Archive Informationization In Secondary Vocational Academies

Archives is not only the voucher of a school establishment, development and change, but also the direct supporter and evidence for the image and running idea of a school. Being an important basic work in a school, it is facing the challenges of collation of materials, archives storage, data retrieval, archives use, unawareness of the management, lack of administrative, poor specialty level, lack of funds guarantee, and so on. As a present administrator for files in the secondary vocational school of Shunde, based on the following four aspects:the type choosing of the information management systems, digital resources construction, the construction of talents squad, and the security construction of the archival information, the writer tries to probe into the present status quo of the archives management, the information application of the school, the certainty and feasibility of establishing informational construction of achieves. Finally, using the experience of informational construction of archives in secondary vocational academies for reference, the writer puts forward some useful methods and strategies to promote the daily work of archives management in secondary vocational schools of Shunde.
